Round 1 of the 2026 National Club Volleyball Championship will take place from April 6 to April 19 in Dong Anh (Hanoi).
This year, 8 women's football teams participate including Geleximco Hung Yen, Hanoi Tasco Auto, Hoa Chat Duc Giang Lao Cai, LPB Ninh Binh, Binh Chung Thong Tin, Vietinbank, VTV Binh Dien Long An and Xi mang Long Son Thanh Hoa.
Notably, in this season, the competition format has been adjusted. Teams will compete in a 2-round round-robin to calculate points. This helps increase competitiveness, limit schedule differences and requires teams to maintain a stable force for a long time.
Although it is only the opening round, the results achieved still directly affect the overall ranking. Accumulating points early will be a key factor for clubs.
After the end of the 2 stages, the 4 teams with the best results will enter the championship round. The remaining teams compete to determine the ranking and relegation spot, in which the bottom team will play in the A-League next season.
