On the morning of June 25, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward organized a ceremony to hand over the "House of Gratitude" repair project to the family of Mr. Le Khac Du and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ro (address house number 8/31 Xuan Lac street, Xuan Lac 2 residential group, Tay Nha Trang ward).
Mr. Le Khac Du's family is in difficult circumstances. Currently, Mr. Du is old, suffers from chronic pneumonia, often sick, and is no longer able to work.
The family economy mainly relies on the small, unstable business of Ms. Nguyen Thi Ro at Vinh Ngoc market.
Although life is still difficult, Mr. Du's family always wholeheartedly cares for incense offerings, preserving the place of worship for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and two martyrs.
Understanding the family's circumstances, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward has become a bridge, receiving support resources from philanthropists through the flood relief fund to repair the house.
On the day of receiving the handover of the new spacious house, Mr. Du's family could not hide their emotion.
The project not only helps families have a more solid place to live and feel secure in treating their illnesses, but also contributes to preserving the space for worshiping Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and martyrs to be more solemn and warm.
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward sent thanks to philanthropists who have accompanied and supported the locality in taking care of the lives of policy families, contributing to spreading the spirit of "When drinking water, remember the source".
