The efforts of the Vietnam Fatherland Front system have contributed to the Government, levels, and sectors to complete the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide 4 months ahead of schedule compared to the target when launched; eliminated 334,234 temporary and dilapidated houses; mobilized over 24,700 billion VND and more than 2.7 million working days of support.
Completing the goal of building 5,500 "Great Unity" houses to donate to ethnic minorities and poor households in Dien Bien province and some provinces in the Northwest before the deadline...

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam (60 years old) lives alone, has no stable job, suffers from many diseases, and is often sick. The two mothers and daughters live in a 30m2 house that has deteriorated, cracked walls, leaking roofs, and subsided floors, and must be covered with waterproof tarpaulin.
Faced with difficult circumstances, the Fund Mobilization Board "For the Poor" of Ung Hoa commune has appraised and decided to support 50 million VND to build a Great Solidarity house for her.
