On the morning of July 10, the 10th Conference of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) took place in Hanoi.
The conference was chaired by Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor attended the conference.
According to the program, the conference will discuss and give opinions on the contents of the draft submitted by the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front: Draft orientation for focusing on Front work in 2026; Draft Project to organize the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026-2031; Draft Report to summarize 10 years of implementing Project No. 01/DA-MTTW-BTT, dated May 5, 2015 on innovation of information and propaganda work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
The conference will also discuss personnel work. Previously, at the 4th Conference of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term X held on July 9, the delegates voted unanimously to submit a proposal to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to negotiate personnel to participate in the Committee, the Presidium, and Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term X, 2024-2029.
