On February 7, information from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province said that the unit had just coordinated with the Vietnam National Group of Industry and Energy (Petrovietnam) to present 250 gifts before the Binh Ngo Tet 2026 to poor and near-poor households and families in particularly difficult circumstances in Vinh Hai commune.

The activity is part of the "Spring of Connection - Tet of Affection" program series to care for Tet for the poor and people affected by natural disasters, which Petrovietnam is implementing simultaneously in 34 provinces and cities across the country.
At the program, each gift worth 2 million VND was handed over by leaders of Vietnam National Energy Group to people, contributing to helping families celebrate Tet more joyfully.
Moved when receiving the gift, Ms. Nguyen Thi Then (66 years old, residing in My Tuong 1 hamlet) shared that she has heart disease, lives alone and is no longer able to work. "This is the first time I have received such a valuable Tet gift. This amount of money came at the right time, helping me have more conditions to prepare the ancestral offering tray and celebrate Tet more fully," Ms. Then said.

Present early at the hall of the Vinh Hai Commune Fatherland Front Committee, Mr. Le Lau (85 years old, residing in My Tuong 1 village) said that he lives alone, works as a volunteer at the village communal house and has no stable income other than social allowances.
Receiving this Tet gift, I am really surprised and very happy. The concern of all levels and organizations makes us poor people feel warm when spring is coming," Mr. Lau expressed.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Deputy Head of the Ninh Thuan 2 Nuclear Power Plant Project emphasized, this is the sharing heart of the leadership and employees of Petrovietnam with the desire to contribute a small part to help people celebrate Tet more fully and warmly.

Vinh Hai commune is a particularly significant area, associated with the orientation of implementing the national key energy project - Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Project 2.
For Petrovietnam, people's lives, livelihoods, peace of mind and trust are always the most important factors in the process of implementing large projects," Mr. Binh said.
According to Petrovietnam, in 2025, the Group and its member units implemented social security work with a total budget of more than 1,317 billion VND.
In Khanh Hoa alone, in the period 2020–2025, the total social security budget reached 51.3 billion VND, of which 23 billion VND in 2025.
To prepare for the Binh Ngo Tet 2026, the program "Spring of Connection - Tet of Affection" continues to be implemented in the locality with a total budget of 3.075 billion VND, prioritizing support for poor, near-poor households, people in particularly difficult circumstances, and people affected by natural disasters and floods in 2025.
The gifts, although not large in material terms, are sincere feelings, contributing to bringing a warm spring, spreading the spirit of "love for oneself and love for others" and Petrovietnam's social responsibility to the community.
