Updated from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 4:00 p.m. on November 10, the center of the storm was at about 17.9 degrees north latitude; 118.8 degrees east longitude, in the sea east of the northern East Sea. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 13 (134-149 km/h), gusting to level 16. The storm is moving north-northwest at a speed of about 10 km/h.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will continue to move north-northeast at a speed of 10-15 km/h. At 4:00 p.m. on November 11, the center of the storm is forecast to be at about 20.5 degrees north latitude; 118.3 degrees east longitude, in the eastern sea of the northern East Sea. The strongest wind near the storm center is at level 13, gusting to level 16.
The dangerous area with strong winds of level 6 or higher is located between latitude 16 and 21.5 degrees north latitude and east of longitude 116 degrees east longitude. Level 3 natural disaster risk for the eastern sea area of the North East Sea.
It is forecasted that in the next 48 hours, the storm will move north-northeast at a speed of about 15 km/h and gradually weaken. At 4:00 p.m. on November 12, the center of the storm was at about 23 degrees north latitude; 120.3 degrees east longitude, on the southwest coast of Taiwan (China). The strongest wind near the storm center will decrease to level 10, gusting to level 13.
The danger zone is located north of latitude 18 degrees north and east of longitude 116 degrees east. Level 3 natural disaster risk for the eastern sea area of the North East Sea.
It is forecasted that in the next 72 hours, the storm will move northeast at a speed of 20-25 km/h and continue to weaken into a tropical depression. At 4:00 p.m. on November 13, the center was at about 25.7 degrees north latitude; 125.0 degrees east longitude, in the northeastern sea of Taiwan (China). The strongest wind will decrease to level 6, gusting to level 8.
Warning of strong winds, big waves at sea, the sea area east of the northern East Sea has strong winds of level 8 - 10; the area near the storm's eye has strong winds of level 11 - 13, gusting to level 16. Waves are 5 - 8 m high, near the center of the storm 8 - 10 m. The sea is rough.
