Warning in the next 3-6 hours, the above provinces will continue to have rain with accumulated rainfall commonly in Quang Ninh from 10 - 40mm, in some places over 60mm; in Hai Phong from 5 - 10mm, in some places over 30mm.
Warning in the next 6 hours, the risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on slopes in the above provinces, especially in the following communes/wards:
Quang Ninh: Co To Special Zone, Van Don Special Zone, Cam Pha ward, Cua Ong ward, Mong Duong ward, Quang Hanh ward;
Hai Phong City: Cat Hai Special Zone.
