The area from Ha Tinh to Hue has the lowest temperature of about 14 - 17 degrees Celsius; the average temperature is about 17 - 19 degrees Celsius.
The area from Ha Tinh to Binh Dinh has rain, showers, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms. Local heavy rain can cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes.
