The meteorological agency warned that heavy rain and localized heavy rain could cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods on small rivers and streams, and landslides on steep slopes.
Regarding sea weather , Phu Quy island currently has level 7 gusts of wind, the North and Central East Sea (including the Hoang Sa archipelago), the sea from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand have showers and thunderstorms.
