Around March 12-13, a wave of intensified cold air will shift eastward.
Day and night of March 12, the North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa special zone) will gradually have strong northeast winds of level 6, especially the northeast sea area at night will have level 7, gusts of level 8 - 9, strong rough seas; waves 2 - 4m high.

On March 13, the Gulf of Tonkin will gradually have strong northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7 - 8, rough seas, then the wind will gradually weaken.
From March 13-14, the sea area from Quang Tri to Ca Mau, the sea area west of the South East Sea (including the sea area west of Truong Sa special zone) will gradually strengthen northeast winds to level 6, gusts of level 8 - 9, strong sea waves, then winds will gradually weaken.
