On March 10, social networks shared a clip recording the scene of two men chasing and beating a man in the middle of the road. The incident was identified as occurring on Phan Xich Long street (formerly Phu Nhuan district).
According to the person who filmed the clip and posted it on Facebook, yesterday afternoon March 9, two men were riding a motorbike on Phan Xich Long street.
While moving, he suddenly collided with a 7-seater car parked on the right side of the road. After the incident, the man on the motorbike rushed in to chase and assault the car driver.
Currently, local authorities have grasped the information and are conducting verification to clarify the cause of the incident.
