Hanoi area has rain, light rain; cold weather. The lowest temperature is commonly 14 - 16 degrees Celsius.
At sea, in the north of the Gulf of Tonkin, strong northeast winds of level 4 - 5, waves 1 - 2m high; in the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea, the northeast wind will gradually increase to level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8, rough seas, waves 2 - 4m high.
Strong winds and large waves at sea are likely to affect the operation of ships and other activities.
According to the meteorological agency, due to the impact of a cold air mass, from about February 21 to 24, the North will have scattered rain and light rain, especially in mountainous areas with rain, showers and thunderstorms.
From around February 22, the temperature in the North will continue to decrease. Cold, some places are very cold; mountainous areas are very cold, some places are very cold.
