Hanoi area is cold. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass is commonly 12 - 14 degrees Celsius.
From February 5, the temperature in the Northern provinces tends to increase gradually, with sunny weather in the afternoon.
Regarding the notable situation due to the influence of cold air, during the day and night of February 4, the Central Central region will have rain, showers, and some places will have moderate rain. From February 5, the rain will gradually decrease in this area.
