Accordingly, it is forecast that from January 18 - 20, the Hanoi area will not have rain, light fog in the early morning, sunny during the day, cold at night and in the morning. In the afternoon and night of January 20 - 21, Hanoi will be affected by strong northeast monsoon, so there is a possibility of rain.
From January 21 - 25, Hanoi is likely to experience severe cold. The lowest temperature at night is 11 - 13 degrees C, the highest during the day is about 15 - 17 degrees C.
