The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tomorrow (September 12) in the regions.
Accordingly, the Northeast region, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Hoa Binh will have rain, moderate rain and thunderstorms in some places, locally heavy to very heavy rain with rainfall of 20 - 40mm, locally over 80mm.
In the Central Highlands and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening, with heavy rain in some places.
