The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tomorrow (November 3) in the regions.
Accordingly, the Northern region will have cold mornings and nights, and some mountainous areas will be cold. During the day, it will be sunny with the highest temperature in some places above 31 degrees Celsius.
The area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai has moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain.
In the Central Highlands and the South, there will be heavy rain in some places tomorrow afternoon and evening.
