Accordingly, the weather in the mountainous and midland areas of the Northeast will turn cold, and the weather in the Northern Delta will turn cold. The Northeast will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing heavy rain.
The area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai has moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain.
In the Central Highlands and the South, there will be heavy rain in some places tomorrow afternoon and evening.
