Hanoi area

From February 25 to 26, the North will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. Cold, some places are very cold, very cold. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
From February 27 to 28, the North will have rain in some places, with scattered fog and light fog in the early morning. Cold in the morning and night.
Water levels on the main rivers of the North will change slowly, in the downstream area of the Red River - Thai Binh is affected by tides and regulation of upstream hydropower.
Central region
The North Central region will have scattered rain from February 23 to 24. From February 25 to 26, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms; then there will be scattered rain in some places, early morning there will be scattered fog and light fog. From February 23 to 25, the weather will be cold, with some places in the north experiencing severe cold; after the night, it will be cold.
The Central Central and South Central regions from February 23 to 25 will have moderate rain, locally heavy rain to very heavy rain and thunderstorms; later there will be rain in some places.
During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Water levels on main rivers in the Central region tend to change slowly. From February 23 to 25, the water level in the upstream area, on small rivers and streams in the Central Central and South Central regions is likely to fluctuate.
Central Highlands and Southern region

Assessment of the hydrological situation
From February 23 to February 25, wave heights in coastal areas tend to increase gradually, with large waves over 2m common in coastal areas. The North East Sea area has waves 4 - 6m high, rough seas; the Gulf of Tonkin area has waves 2 - 3.5m high, rough seas.
In the area from Quang Tri to Ninh Thuan, waves are 3.0 - 5m high, rough seas; in the area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, waves are 2 - 4m high, rough seas; in the area of Ca Mau - Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand, waves are 2 - 3m high, rough seas. From February 26 to February 28, wave heights in coastal areas tend to decrease gradually.
The meteorological agency said that next week there is little chance of a tropical cyclone appearing in the East Sea.
