The North will be very cold, severe cold; the North Central region will turn cold; the Hanoi area will be very cold.
The area from Quang Binh to Hue will turn cold, with some places experiencing severe cold.
Not only affecting the weather on the mainland, at sea, Gulf of Tonkin has strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8 - 9, rough seas, waves 2 - 4m high. The North East Sea area (including the sea area of Hoang Sarchipelago) has strong northeast winds of level 7, especially in the northeast, sometimes level 8, gusting to level 9 - 10, rough seas, waves 5 - 7m high.
The sea area from Quang Tri to Phu Yen, from Ba Ria - Vung Tau to Ca Mau and the eastern sea area of the South East Sea (including the sea area east of Truong Sarchipelago) will gradually increase to level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8, rough seas, waves 4 - 6m high.

- The enhanced cold air is different in that it is combined with the stream in the west wind zone, so from the night of 7.2 to the morning of 8.2, the Northern region and Thanh Hoa, Nghe An have rain. From the night of 7 - 9.2, the area from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa has rain, showers and localities in heavy rain and thunderstorms.
