From the afternoon and night of July 28 to the night of July 29 , the Northern region had moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, with some places having very heavy rain with a common total rainfall.
The Northern mountainous and midland areas have a total rainfall of 50 - 150mm, with some places over 250mm. Meanwhile, rainfall in the Northern Delta region is about 30 - 100mm, locally over 150mm.
