Hanoi area
From November 24, Hanoi will have sunny days, no rain at night, and light fog in the early morning.
On the day and night of November 25, Hanoi had scattered rain.
From November 26 to 29, Hanoi will not have rain.
From the night of November 26, the weather turned cold.
Northern region and Thanh Hoa
On November 24, the North and Thanh Hoa will have sunny days, no rain at night, and scattered fog and light fog in the early morning.
From November 25 to 26, due to the impact of cold air, the North and Thanh Hoa will have scattered rain. From the night of November 26, the weather will turn cold.
From November 27 to 29, the North and Thanh Hoa will have no rain and will be cold.
Water levels in the Northern rivers change slowly.
Central Region
On November 24, the area from Quang Tri to Binh Dinh will have moderate rain, heavy rain, some places will have very heavy rain and thunderstorms; the areas of Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Phu Yen will have rain, showers, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms; other places will have rain in some places.
From the night of November 24 to 25, the Central region will have scattered rain.
From early morning of November 26 to 29, the Central region will have rain, showers, locally heavy rain to very heavy rain and thunderstorms. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
On November 23-24, there is a possibility of a flood on rivers from Thua Thien Hue to Quang Ngai; water levels on other rivers in the Central region may fluctuate.
Central Highlands and Southern Region
From November 24 to 29, the Central Highlands and the South will have sunny days, with scattered showers in the late afternoon and at night; in the Central Highlands region, there will be scattered rain on the day and night of November 23.
Thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Water levels of rivers in the Central Highlands change slowly. Rivers in the South change with the tide.
Oceanographic situation assessment
In the North East Sea and the middle East Sea (including Hoang Sa archipelago), wave height ranges from 4 - 6m; in the sea area from Quang Tri to Binh Thuan, wave height is commonly 3 - 5m; in the Gulf of Tonkin and South East Sea (including Truong Sa archipelago), wave height is 2 - 4m; in the Gulf of Tonkin from the night of November 25, wave height is 2 - 4m; in other areas, wave height commonly ranges from 1 - 2m.
