Towards the 12th anniversary of the establishment of Thang Binh Traffic Police Station (CSGT), Da Nang (June 12, 2014 - June 12, 2026), and to respond to the "3 best" emulation movement, especially the content "closest to the people", from January 2026, the unit has launched officials and soldiers to voluntarily contribute funds to implement charity activities.
Each officer and soldier contributes 200,000 VND/month to create a source of support for difficult circumstances in the area, thereby contributing to tightening the close relationship between the traffic police force and the people.
From the actual review results, Thang Binh Traffic Police Station decided to sponsor 2 students in particularly difficult circumstances, with a support level of 2,000,000 VND/student/month, starting from March 2026.

The first case is Nguyen Dinh Sy (born in 2015), residing in Group 4, Hien Luong village, Thang An commune, Da Nang city. His father, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tien (born in 1979) was paralyzed due to a traffic accident and cannot live on his own. His mother, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Ly (born in 1993), has to stay at home to take care of her husband and mother-in-law, so she does not have a stable job.
Sy's family also has an older brother who is in school and a 76-year-old grandmother with heart disease. She herself has suffered severe burns from the abdomen down to both legs. However, due to extremely difficult economic circumstances, the family cannot afford treatment costs for her.
The second case is Ha Tran Gia Han (born in 2016), a 4B grade student at Phan Boi Elementary School. Han is orphaned of both parents.
Currently, Han lives with her uncle, Mr. Ha Phuoc Hoang, in Ngoc Lien block, An Thang ward. Her living and studying conditions are still very poor, and life is facing many difficulties.
The sponsorship of 2 students in particularly difficult circumstances is a practical activity of Thang Binh Traffic Police Station to concretize the content of "closest to the people" in the "3 best" emulation movement. Not only contributing to helping them have more conditions to rise up in their studies and lives, this activity also spreads the beautiful image of the traffic police force being close, responsible, and serving the people.
