Khanh Hoa - Locality organizes a ceremony to posthumously award the Third-class Fatherland Protection Medal to Dien Lam Commune Police officers who sacrificed themselves while on duty.

On the morning of March 27, Khanh Hoa Provincial Police held a ceremony to posthumously award the Fatherland Protection Order, Third Class to Major Nguyen Xuan Hai - an officer of Dien Lam Commune Police - who sacrificed himself while on duty to ensure security and order in the area.

At the ceremony, authorized by the President, Colonel Tran Minh Truc - Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police awarded the Third-class Fatherland Protection Medal to the relatives of Major Nguyen Xuan Hai's family.

On this occasion, the Youth Union of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police presented a savings book worth 295.3 million VND to the child of comrade Nguyen Xuan Hai. This is the amount of money raised by union members and youth throughout the Provincial Police force, to support the family to overcome difficulties soon and stabilize their lives.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Minh Truc emphasized that throughout his work, Major Nguyen Xuan Hai always upheld the spirit of responsibility, dedication to work, closeness and attachment to the people, and was trusted and loved by the Party Committee, government and the masses. Comrade's sacrifice is a great loss for his family and the People's Police force.

The posthumous award of the Fatherland Protection Order, Third Class, shows the recognition of the Party and State for the contributions, dedications and sacrifices of comrade Nguyen Xuan Hai; and at the same time is a source of encouragement for officers and soldiers to continue to strive and successfully complete their tasks, contributing to maintaining a peaceful life for the people.
