Responding to the emulation movement "Three most: Most disciplined - Most loyal - Closest to the people" among the youth of the police, many units directly under Ninh Binh Provincial Police have proactively built models "Youth Union's Foster Sibling"; "Parental Mother" to sponsor and support students in difficult circumstances in the province.
A noteworthy point of these models is that the approach does not stop at giving gifts and supporting once, but is to choose a long-term sponsorship form, with specific time commitments and support levels.

At Nam Ly Commune Police, the Commune Police Youth Union sponsored Nguyen Thi Anh Vy, born in 2012, residing in hamlet 5 Tien Thang. She is in particularly difficult circumstances, living with her elderly and weak grandmother, with unstable income. Understanding that situation, the Commune Police Youth Union sponsored her for 2 years, with a support level of 500,000 VND/month.
All expenses are contributed voluntarily by 100% of union members in the Youth Union branch. Not only providing material support, cadres and union members in the Youth Union branch also periodically visit, encourage, and create more spiritual motivation for her to study with peace of mind.
In Yen Son ward, the Ward Police force also deployed a similar model. The Youth Union and the Ward Police Women's Union have sponsored Vu Minh Quang, born in 2014, with a support level of 6,000,000 VND/year. In addition, the unit also awarded 4 bicycles, 10 Tet gift boxes, 200 notebooks and cash to students and families in difficult circumstances in the area.
According to representatives of the leadership of the Women's Union of Ninh Binh Provincial Police, units directly under Ninh Binh Provincial Police are currently sponsoring and supporting 33 children. The common point in the models is the proactive review and selection of the right people in need of help. The children who are supported are all in particularly difficult circumstances, lacking both material and learning conditions. Thanks to that, resources, although not large, are used in the right places, creating practical efficiency.

In the context that many families are still in difficulty, maintaining the path of education for their children is always a big challenge. The companionship of the police force is therefore meaningful as a fulcrum. A bicycle helps shorten the distance to school or a few hundred thousand VND per month helps children have money to buy books and living expenses.
The above models have built trust in society. When people witness the police force not only maintaining security and order but also sharing with difficult lives, the close relationship between the police force and the people is strengthened. This is also the foundation for building a solid people's security posture right from the grassroots level" - a representative of the Women's Union of Ninh Binh Provincial Police shared.
