On February 24, Ninh Binh Provincial Police informed that Nam Truc Commune Police had just organized verification and supported Ms. Doan Thi To C (born in 1969, residing in Thanh Nam ward, Ninh Binh province) to receive back 100 million VND due to mistaken transfers during online banking transactions.
Previously, during the transaction, due to negligence in not checking carefully, Ms. C mistakenly transferred 100 million VND to another bank account.
Immediately after receiving Ms. C's report, Nam Truc Commune Police quickly assigned officers and soldiers to coordinate with MB Bank, Ninh Binh branch to organize information verification.
During the verification process, Nam Truc Commune Police determined that the bank account number Ms. C mistakenly transferred belonged to Ms. Dam Thi V (born in 1979, residing in Nam Truc commune, Ninh Binh province). After that, Ms. V carried out the necessary procedures to return the 100 million VND to the mistaken transferor.
Receiving the full amount of money transferred by mistake, Ms. Doan Thi To C was very touched, sending sincere thanks to the commander, officers, and soldiers of Nam Truc Commune Police for their timely support so that she could receive her property back.
