The dedication and quick coordination of train crew SE19 and Ninh Binh station staff helped two international tourists find all important papers, leaving a beautiful impression of Vietnamese people.
Recently, Vietnam Railways Corporation said that the unit had received a thank-you letter from two international passengers, Isabel (Spanish nationality) and Lionel (Belgian nationality), expressing their gratitude for the sense of responsibility of the staff on train SE19.

According to the sharing of the two tourists, the journey from Ninh Binh to Hue started with a situation full of anxiety. After the SE19 train left the station for a while, they discovered that the only backpack containing passports, laptops, bank cards and all personal papers had been forgotten at Ninh Binh station.
In the middle of the late night and language barriers, two tourists fell into a state of panic, because losing papers while traveling abroad could cause many consequences.
Immediately upon receiving the information, train conductor Nguyen Quang Sang quickly reassured passengers and contacted the Ninh Binh station duty shift to assist in the search.
Thanks to timely coordination, Ninh Binh station staff discovered the backpack in the waiting area. After that, the train crew coordinated to send the property onto the next train running on the same route to transfer it to the passenger's arrival station. When train SE19 just arrived at Hue station, the backpack was also handed over intact to the owner.
Moved to receive all the assets back, the two tourists wrote in the letter: "This experience helps us realize that behind the transportation service are wonderful people. You have truly valuable staff and we will never forget what they did.
According to representatives of the railway industry, the dedicated actions of the train crew not only demonstrate professional responsibility but also contribute to spreading the friendly and professional image of Vietnam's railway transport industry in the eyes of international friends.
