A small but meaningful action of two students has spread a beautiful message about honesty and kindness in life.
Accordingly, on March 5, information from Hanoi City Police said that on March 3, Hung Dao Commune Police (Hanoi City) received a wallet picked up by two students, Ly Hai Dang and Tran Duy Hung (both born in 2014), students of Dai Thanh Secondary School, residing in Hung Dao commune (Hanoi) and brought to report.
Inside the wallet were cash and many important personal papers.
Immediately after receiving the information, Hung Dao Commune Police urgently verified and identified the owner of the wallet as Mr. Ta Xuan Son (born in 1991, residing in Chi Ne village, Phu Nghia commune, Hanoi City) and contacted him to invite him to pick it up.
In the afternoon of the same day, Mr. Son came to the Hung Dao Commune Police headquarters to receive all his assets, including his Citizen Identity Card, health insurance card, driver's license, bank card and more than 2 million VND in cash.

Receiving back the lost wallet, Mr. Son expressed his emotion and wrote a thank-you letter to the officers and soldiers of Hung Dao Commune Police and the two students. He said he greatly appreciated the honest and precious actions of the students.
The actions of Ly Hai Dang and Tran Duy Hung, although simple, have contributed to spreading the beautiful image of "kind Vietnamese people".
At the same time, the timely verification and return of property by Hung Dao Commune Police also shows the spirit of responsibility and dedication to serving the People of the grassroots police force.
