Born in 2008, Do Chau Anh, from Tay Do commune, Thanh Hoa, is currently a 12A student at Vinh Loc Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center (GDNN-GDTX) (Thanh Hoa).
Chau Anh has won 2 consecutive consolation prizes in the provincial excellent student exam in Literature, and was awarded the title "3 Good Students" at the provincial level in the 2024-2025 school year.
When she first studied at the Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center, Chau Anh was sometimes sad and disappointed because she had heard negative assessments of the learning environment. However, instead of letting those thoughts make her flinch, Chau Anh chose to focus on studying and training. For her, the results of two consecutive years of winning the provincial excellent student award and the title "3 Good Students" are proof of her serious efforts.
Currently Secretary of the Youth Union of class 12A, Chau Anh believes that her role is not limited to launching a movement, but more importantly, a way to maintain cohesion in the collective. In the GDNN–GDTX environment, sometimes some students have a mentality of inferiority because of prejudice, and conflicts often occur, so building the spirit of solidarity becomes even more necessary.
“Sometimes you misunderstand each other, some are discouraged because of academic pressure or are not confident in participating in activities. I will proactively sit down to listen to your sharing, thereby solving the problems in the class,” Chau Anh shared.
In the role of Youth Union Secretary, Chau Anh realizes that she has faced pressure many times, especially when having to balance between studying and collective activities. However, she always proactively finds ways to create more playgrounds, lead friends to participate, and have the opportunity to show their abilities. Instead of urging, Chau Anh chooses to encourage and accompany each person to be more confident and progress together.
Recently, female student Chau Anh has participated in activities organized by the Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center and the Commune Youth Union such as performing plays to propagate drug prevention, participating in the video writing contest "Building beautiful friendship - Saying no to school violence" participating in art performances to celebrate November 20, meeting and giving gifts to students in difficult circumstances...
In parallel with movement activities, Chau Anh is a member of the Literature team of the Center. Two consecutive years of reviewing for the provincial-level excellent student exam required maintaining high academic intensity, there were periods when Chau Anh felt pressure, especially when she was both preparing for the exam and taking on Youth Union work. "I used to feel overwhelmed, pressured by reviewing, responsibility to the class collective and Youth Union activities, but if I dropped out halfway, the previous efforts would no longer be meaningful," Chau Anh said.
Commenting on his students, teacher Pham Huu Hao - Secretary of the Youth Union of Vinh Loc Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center said: "Chau Anh is a diligent student with a high sense of responsibility. Winning the provincial excellent student award for two consecutive years is the result of persistent efforts. As a Youth Union official, he always takes the lead in contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and building a positive learning environment in schools.

According to teacher Hao, when she first entered the Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center, Chau Anh was quite shy and had a feeling of inferiority. However, with determination, Chau Anh gradually changed, boldly participated in activities, dared to try her hand and affirmed herself.
As an outstanding union member introduced to participate in the Party Affection class, and also preparing for the final exam, Do Chau Anh sets a goal to continue to study to pursue her dream of becoming a Literature teacher in the future.
Do Chau Anh shared: "I am still gradually trying to study and train. Participating in Youth Union work or common activities of the class helps me better understand my responsibility to the collective and society. I hope that in the future I can inspire learning, love of literature and a sense of responsibility for generations of students, just like the way teachers have taught me.
