Previously, at about 4 pm on September 5, on the way home through the Hien Luong intersection area (belonging to Hien Luong village, Cua Tung commune, Quang Tri province), Le Van Sang (10E student, Vinh Linh Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center), residing in Duc Xa village, Vinh Thuy commune, discovered a black wallet.
Inside the wallet, there was some cash and many important papers. With honesty, Sang and his mother went to Vinh Thuy Commune Police to report and hand over the property, requesting functional agencies to find the owner to return it.
After receiving it, Vinh Thuy Commune Police proceeded to verify and determined that the wallet was the property of Mr. Duong Den (born 1947, residing in Nam Ha Thuong village, Gio Linh commune, Quang Tri province).
At 9 am on September 6, at the headquarters of Vinh Thuy Commune Police, under the witness of police officers, Le Van Sang and his mother returned the property to Ms. Duong Thi Thu Huong - Mr. Duong Den's daughter.
Receiving her property back, Ms. Huong expressed her emotion and thanked Sang, his family and Vinh Thuy Commune Police for supporting the search for the lost property.
Previously, on the afternoon of September 2nd, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai (born in 1980, residing in Gia Le village, Gio Linh commune), owner of the Lao Thai grocery store "Ai Nguyen" in Gia Le village, discovered a customer forgetting his wallet at the store.
After that, Ms. Ai actively contacted and asked Gio Linh Commune Police to help find the owner of the wallet. Through verification, Gio Linh Commune Police determined that the person who dropped the wallet was residing in Hanoi city.
Gio Linh Commune Police have supported contacting the property owner and sent a guaranteed postal service to return the property to the loser.
