According to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, on the night of May 6, Tan My Commune Police (Tuyen Quang province) received a report from the Na Hec village security and order protection team about the discovery of a citizen showing signs of instability, without personal papers, wandering around the village area.
Immediately after receiving the report, Tan My Commune Police directly arrived and checked the information, identifying the vagrant as Mr. N.V.T (born in 1999, residing in Lam Binh commune, Tuyen Quang province). The commune police promptly contacted the relatives of Mr. N.V.T to pick up the citizen to return to his family.
On the morning of May 7, Mr. N.V.T's mother came to the Tan My Commune Police headquarters to receive Mr. N.V.T safely to his family; and expressed her emotion and deep gratitude to the Tan My Commune Police force and other forces for their support in the search process.

Also on May 6, under the witness of Pho Bang Commune Police (Tuyen Quang province), Ms. Giang Thi Cho fully returned the mistakenly transferred money to Mr. Le Anh Phong.
Accordingly, on March 25, Pho Bang Commune Police received a report from Ms. Giang Thi Cho (born in 1985, residing in Sua Pa B village, Pho Bang commune) about her personal account suddenly receiving 500 million VND from a stranger. Realizing that this was a large amount of money due to a mistaken transfer, Ms. Cho proactively went to the Police agency to report and request support in verification to return it to the transferor.
Immediately after receiving the information, Pho Bang Commune Police urgently verified and identified the owner of the mistakenly transferred account as Mr. Le Anh Phong (born in 1985, residing in Vinh Tan ward, Ho Chi Minh City) and contacted to report the incident.
Moved when receiving his property back, Mr. Phong sent his deep thanks to Ms. Cho and Pho Bang Commune Police for their timely, dedicated and honest, responsible support.
Also in May 2026, on her way to work as a hired laborer, Ms. Ha Thi Ruong (born in 1990, residing in Ban Tong village, Niem Son commune) accidentally picked up a black leather wallet dropped by the roadside. Through preliminary inspection, inside the wallet there were many important personal papers and a lot of cash.
Ms. Ruong immediately brought all the found property to report to the Niem Son Commune Police to ask for help in searching and contacting the owner. Thanks to the timely support of the Police force, the identity of Mr. Dong Duc Hau (born 2001, residing in Group 10, Cat Hai Special Zone, Hai Phong City) has been confirmed.
Immediately after that, under the witness of Niem Son Commune Police, Ms. Ha Thi Ruong directly returned the full wallet to Mr. Dong Duc Hau.
