Found lost property worth 21.5 million VND, looking for owner to return it

A citizen in Nui Thanh district, Quang Nam found 21.5 million VND worth of lost property and asked the police to find the owner to return it.

At around 9:15 a.m. on December 19, while going to work and passing through DT616 road (in An Phu ward, Tam Ky city, Quang Nam), Mr. Nguyen Van Phuoc (born in 1995, residing in Tam Xuan 2 commune, Nui Thanh district, Quang Nam) picked up 21.5 million VND.

Immediately afterwards, Mr. Phuoc reported to An Phu Ward Police to find the person who lost it and return the property.

After verification, the ward police found the person who dropped the money, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Chuc (born in 1967, residing in block 3, An Son ward, Tam Ky city).

At around 10 o'clock the same day, Mr. Chuc went to An Phu Ward Police to receive his lost property and expressed his gratitude for the kind and chivalrous act of Mr. Nguyen Van Phuoc.

Previously, also in An Phu ward, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, residing in An Ha Dong block, picked up a gold bracelet worth 9 million VND. Afterwards, Ms. Hien voluntarily returned it to the person who lost it, Ms. Nguyen Thi Trinh, residing in Ngoc Nam block.
