On the morning of November 10, Nghen Town Police (Can Loc District) informed that the unit had just verified and witnessed a group of students from Nghen High School returning property worth more than 3.7 million VND to the person who lost it.
Previously, at around 8:00 p.m. on November 8, a group of 7 students from class 10A2, Nghen High School, picked up a blue leather wallet at the intersection of the Soviet Nghe Tinh monument in Nghen town. Inside the wallet were some personal documents and 3,707,000 VND.
Afterwards, the students went to Nghen town police to hand over the property and ask them to find the owner to return it.
Through verification, Nghen Town Police identified the person who dropped the wallet as Ms. Tran Thi Binh (25 years old, resident of residential group 9, Nghen Town), so they witnessed the students returning the property to her.
Previously, on November 6, on their way home from school, Nguyen Le Anh Dung (grade 9, Phu Gia Secondary School, Huong Khe) and Le Nguyen Linh Dan (grade 10, Ham Nghi High School, Huong Khe), both living in village 9, Huong Long commune (Huong Khe), picked up a wallet containing more than 16 million VND and 2 gold rings.
Immediately afterwards, the two students went to Huong Long Commune Police to find the person who dropped it so they could return it.
Through verification, Huong Long Commune Police determined that the owner of the lost property was Ms. Nguyen Thi My Dung (born in 1985, residing in Huong Long Commune), so they witnessed the two students returning the property to Ms. Dung.
According to Huong Long Commune Police, the actions of the two students are commendable. Nguyen Le Anh Dung had previously found lost property and returned it to its owner.
