At around 10:00 a.m. on July 5, the working group of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 - Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police, led by Lieutenant Colonel Tran Quang Anh, was on duty at the intersection of Co Linh - Dam Quang Trung (Long Bien Ward, Hanoi) when suddenly a car with license plate 30G-775.XX rushed near the checkpoint and stopped in the middle of the road.
At the same time, a woman from the car panicked and ran down to pray for help. "Honey, save my husband!"
The working group immediately approached the car and discovered a man nearly 50 years old in the car showing signs of convulsions, purple skin, and chest pain suspected to be from a stroke.
In an emergency situation, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Quang Anh directed Lieutenant Colonel Phung Ngoc Hiep to directly control the vehicle and take the victim to Duc Giang General Hospital for emergency care.
Thanks to timely support, the patient was given emergency care and stabilized.


Ms. V.Y.L (born in 1978, residing in Cua Nam ward, Hanoi) - who called for help from the traffic police - said that the man in the car was her husband, named D.N.A (born in 1978).
When the couple were in the car, he showed signs of a stroke. Fortunately, near the traffic police checkpoint, she promptly called for help and was quickly supported. Mr. A's health is now out of danger.
The timely action and responsibility of the officers and soldiers of Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 contributed to protecting people's lives, clearly demonstrating the spirit of "Serving the people", leaving a good impression on the people of the capital.
