On the morning of June 12, on the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, a stroke case occurred on a vehicle traveling on the expressway and was promptly supported by the Traffic Police (CSGT).
Accordingly, at about 9:25 a.m. the same day, the Working Group of the Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 2, consisting of 7 officers led by Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Thai, were on duty on the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway when they received an urgent request for support from a vehicle in circulation.
The person on the bus informed that there was a passenger suspected of having a stroke, Mr. D.Q.M (residing in An Thi district, Hung Yen) who needed to be taken to the emergency room. Immediately, the working group deployed a support plan, using a special car to answer the horn, turn on the lights to guide the priority and directly control the vehicle carrying the victim to the Stroke Center, Bach Mai Hospital (Hanoi).
Thanks to timely support, the patient was transferred to a specialized medical facility in the shortest time, increasing the opportunity for intensive treatment. The victim's family and the people who witnessed the incident expressed their deep gratitude to the traffic police force for their sense of responsibility, professionalism and humanity in the process of performing their duties.
