Regarding this issue, on the same day, talking with Labor, Chairman of Long Bien Ward People's Committee - Ngo Van Nam - said that the functional force units of the ward have made a record of administrative violations of Dulex Company. According to the working minutes prepared by the People's Committee of Long Bien ward, Dulex Hanoi Company has completed construction commencement procedures according to regulations and the project is in the construction phase.
