Dự án có chiều dài khoảng 368m, kết nối tuyến đường quy hoạch Thành Thái với phố Nguyễn Khang. Sau khi hoàn thành, tuyến đường sẽ được mở rộng với mặt cắt ngang 21,5m, tổng mức đầu tư khoảng 315 tỉ đồng.
    The project to renovate and expand alley 381 Nguyen Khang (Cau Giay ward) is one of the transitional projects according to the Resolution of the Hanoi People's Council in 2025. The project has a length of about 368m, connecting the planned Thanh Thai road with Nguyen Khang street. After completion, the road will be expanded with a cross-section of 21.5m, with a total investment of about 315 billion VND.

    Theo ghi nhận của phóng viên, hiện có nhiều hộ dân sinh sống dọc ngõ 381 Nguyễn Khang đã chủ động tháo dỡ nhà cửa, công trình để bàn giao mặt bằng phục vụ dự án.

    Ông Lê Anh Thiện (trú tại phường Cầu Giấy) cho biết, nhiều năm qua, đây là tuyến đường được nhiều phương tiện từ các hướng Xuân Thủy, Dịch Vọng và đường Cầu Giấy lựa chọn để di chuyển về Nguyễn Khang nên thường xuyên xảy ra ùn tắc.

    Theo UBND phường Cầu Giấy, sau khi hoàn thành giải phóng mặt bằng, Ban Quản lý dự án đầu tư hạ tầng sẽ tổ chức khởi công dự án trong quý III/2026.
    According to Cau Giay Ward People's Committee, after completing site clearance, the Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board will organize the project commencement in the third quarter of 2026. When completed, the road will not only improve traffic conditions in the area but also create direct connection from Thanh Thai street to Nguyen Khang street and Yen Hoa bridge, contributing to strengthening the connection between Ring Road 2, Ring Road 2.5 and Ring Road 3 of the Capital.
