On June 26, the People's Committee and the Land Recovery Enforcement Board of Thien Loc commune (Hanoi) organized the implementation of land recovery enforcement against households that have not complied with the Decision on land recovery enforcement to implement the technical infrastructure construction project at point X1, Tho Da village, Thien Loc commune in order to create a land fund for auctioning land use rights according to the plan.
According to Thien Loc Commune People's Committee, the technical infrastructure construction project at point X1, Tho Da village is a project to complete technical infrastructure, create a land fund to organize land use right auctions, contributing to effectively exploiting land resources, increasing budget revenue and serving the socio-economic development of the locality.
In the past time, Thien Loc Commune People's Committee, the Commune Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council, along with departments, branches, the Fatherland Front, mass organizations and Tho Da village leadership, have repeatedly organized propaganda, dialogue, mobilization, and explanation of legal regulations on land, compensation, support, and resettlement policies so that households agree to hand over land. Most households have complied, received compensation and support money, and handed over land according to regulations.
By 6 am on June 26, out of a total of 35 households subject to land acquisition, only 6 households had not agreed to receive money and hand over land.
Before the time of organizing coercion, the commune continued to propagate and mobilize, and households basically complied. Only Ms. L.T.T's household did not comply with the Decision on coercive land recovery.
The Enforcement Board has carried out enforcement against this household in accordance with the law.
The coercion process is implemented in accordance with current regulations. Participating forces closely coordinate, ensuring security and order, absolute safety for people and property.
