Although storm No. 3 has not officially made landfall, according to information from the Hanoi City Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue, the heavy thunderstorm on the evening of September 6 left behind serious consequences in terms of human life and property.
Accordingly, Hanoi recorded 1 death and 6 injuries due to thunderstorms in the districts of Hoang Mai, Hoan Kiem and Hai Ba Trung. Many vehicles were damaged and hundreds of trees were broken in less than 1 hour.
