On September 9, the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board requested the two enterprises to prioritize resources and complete the infrastructure of the subdivisions. At the same time, complete the procedures, quickly issue Land Use Rights Certificates to eligible households (with 95-100% payment of contract value), organize direct dialogues to resolve petitions.
