On September 12, the Party Committee of the Political Department of Military Region 2 held a Conference to hand over the Decision on personnel and professional military work in 2025.
At the conference, authorized by the Head of the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region, the Political Department announced and presented decisions on retirement under the regime and transfer and appointment of positions for officers and professional soldiers.

On September 11, the Lao Cai Provincial Military Command held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on the transfer, appointment, and promotion of colonel-level officers and resolve the early retirement regime according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
At the conference, the head of the Provincial Military Command presented decisions on the transfer, appointment and promotion of colonel-level officers to officers.

On September 10, at the Central Military Commission Office, General Phan Van Giang - Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense - presented Decision No. 373/QD-BQP dated September 9, 2025 on personnel work.
Accordingly, Colonel Vu Tuan Anh - Director of Viettel Aerospace Institute - was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director of Viettel Group.
According to Decision No. 388/QD-BQP, Colonel Nguyen Vu Ha - General Director of Viettel High-Tech Industrial Corporation (VHT) - was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director of Viettel Group.
Military Procuracy of Region 73 organizes Military Congress
On September 10, the Military Procuracy of Region 73 held a military Congress for the 2025-2027 term.
The Congress elected the Military Council for the 2025-2027 term. In which, Lieutenant Colonel and professional soldier Tran Phi Phuc was elected as Chairman, Major Tran Khac Quyet was elected Vice Chairman of the Military Council with a high number of votes of confidence.
Brigade 171 awards decision to promote rank
On September 8, in Phuoc Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Brigade 171, Naval Region 2 held a ceremony to award the Decision to promote the rank of non-commissioned officers - soldiers.
At the conference, the Brigade presented the decisions of the Naval Region 2 Command and Brigade 171 to promote the rank from the highest soldier to Sergeant and from Sergeant to Sergeant to the non-commissioned officers and soldiers in the Brigade.
