Nearly completed multi-agency headquarters worth hundreds of billions in Thai Nguyen

The project of the headquarters of the Pho Yen City agencies (Inter-agency headquarters) has a total capital of about 400 billion VND, invested by the Pho Yen City Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project started construction in August 2023.

Deployed on an area of over 38,000m2 in Nam Tien and Ba Hang wards (Pho Yen city, Thai Nguyen), according to the design, the project has a scale of 8 floors and auxiliary items such as yard, garden and parking lot.

On December 26, according to the reporter, after more than 1 year of implementation, the project has completed the construction of the load-bearing structure (beams, walls, load-bearing columns) and implemented items such as: construction of power supply system, water supply system, tiling. The volume reached over 55% of the contract value.

At the construction site, hundreds of workers and machines were mobilized by the contractor to speed up the progress of construction items according to the set plan.

The rough construction is now basically complete.

Human and material resources are focused on implementing a number of yard, garden, parking lot, and soil leveling projects.

Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang, a worker at the project, said that all resources are currently being mobilized to speed up progress, taking advantage of the sunny weather for construction.

"We are currently drilling and chiseling concrete into the foundation and reinforcing the fence system of the project to ensure the durability and structure of the fence during construction. During the work process, the weather was sunny and dry, so the construction was relatively easy and convenient," Mr. Thang added.

According to the People's Committee of Pho Yen City, the Inter-agency Headquarters project is a key project of the locality. During the implementation process, the investor and related parties have coordinated to resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles, thereby ensuring progress. It is expected to be completed and put into use in early 2025.

Upon completion, the Inter-agency Headquarters will not only facilitate people in handling administrative procedures but also become an architectural and urban aesthetic highlight for Pho Yen City. At the same time, this project will contribute to completing the criteria for Pho Yen to meet the standards of a Type II urban area by 2025.
