Oatmeal, banana, chocolate smoothie
Ingredient:
- 65 grams of banana
- 65 grams instant oatmeal
- 15 grams chia seeds
- 30 grams cocoa powder
- 30ml honey
- 70ml milk
- Add banana, instant oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, honey to a bowl and finally add milk.
- Blend the mixture and put it in a bowl.
- Garnish with bananas, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and enjoy.
Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredient:
- 65 grams rolled oats
- 2 small bananas
- 5 grams cinnamon
- 5 grams vanilla
- 15ml olive oil
- 15ml honey
- 65ml milk at room temperature
- 2.5 grams baking powder
- 2 pieces of dark chocolate
Making:
- Mix all ingredients and blend into a smooth mixture.
- Next, pour the mixture into a greased pan.
- Using a small cup, measure a moderate amount of the mixture to get even cakes.
Oat rava uttapam
Ingredient:
- 125 grams of oats
- 125 grams semolina flour
- 65 grams of yogurt
- 125ml water
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small diced tomato
- 1/2 diced bell pepper
- 2 diced green chillies
- 5 grams minced ginger
- Coriander in desired amount
- Salt to taste
Making:
- Mix oats, semolina and water in a bowl. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, add onions, tomatoes, yogurt and salt and mix well until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Heat a pan and add a little oil and flour into a round disk shape.
- Pan-fry for 10 minutes until crispy on the other side, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with sauce or coconut milk.
