Previously, the incident of a female dentist assaulting a patient at Tuyet Chinh Dental Clinic caused a stir in public opinion. At the same time, information appeared that Ms. Chinh worked at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on September 11, the Investigation Police Agency of Ho Chi Minh City Police issued an Emergency Detention Order and an Emergency Arrest Order, and issued a decision to temporarily detain Nguyen Thi Tuyet Chinh to investigate the crime of Disturbing public order. The above orders and decisions have been approved by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy.

Initial investigation results show that: Ms. N.T.T.T is a customer using the service of Tuyet Chinh dental clinic. A conflict arose between Ms. Chinh and Ms. T regarding the service that Ms. T used.
On September 3, when Ms. T and a friend went to the dental clinic to request a resolution, the two sides argued. Ms. Chinh used an iron stick to threaten, beat, snatch her phone and damage Ms. T's property. Her husband and security guards intervened, but Ms. Chinh's actions continued, causing disorder at the facility.
