According to the decisions issued by Deputy Director of the Drug Administration of Vietnam Nguyen Thanh Lam, the sanctioned enterprises include Nam Ha Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Domesco Medical Import-Export Joint Stock Company, Minh Dan Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and Agimexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
Nam Ha Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Nam Dinh ward, Ninh Binh province) was fined for not declaring prices for the essential drug Pelovime (registration number 893114812824).
Domesco Medical Import-Export Joint Stock Company (My Tra ward, Dong Thap province) was fined for not declaring prices or declaring incorrect selling prices for 6 essential drugs, including: Ciprofloxacin 500mg, Dosulvon 8mg, Amoxicillin 500mg, Cefalexin 500mg Caps, Dochicin 1mg and Ofloxacin 200mg.
Meanwhile, Minh Dan Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Thanh Nam ward, Ninh Binh province) was fined for incorrectly declaring the selling price of essential medicine Cotrimoxazole 800/160.
Agimexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Long Xuyen ward, An Giang province) was fined for not declaring prices for 6 essential drugs including Agifamcin 300, Agi-cotrim F, Agicipro, FUCAGI, Goutcolcin and Agi-Ery 500.
According to the Drug Administration of Vietnam, the above acts violate the provisions of Clause 2, Article 12 and Clause 4, Article 3 of Decree No. 87/2024/ND-CP on sanctioning administrative violations in price management, which has been amended and supplemented in Decree No. 114/2026/ND-CP.
The management agency requests businesses to seriously comply with the sanctioning decision within the prescribed time limit. If they do not voluntarily implement it, it will be enforced according to the provisions of law.
If late payment of fines is made, businesses must pay an additional late payment amount equal to 0.05% per day calculated on the amount of fines not yet paid according to current regulations.
