How to make durable chamomile tea
Ingredients:
10 grams of dried chrysanthemum leaves or 4-5 fresh flowers
250 ml of hot water
Honey or lemon (depending on taste)
Cinnamon, ginger or mint for added flavor
If you are using fresh daffodils, wash them under running water to remove dirt or insects.
Heat 250 ml of water until it reaches a temperature near boiling (about 90°C), avoid boiling strongly to retain the compounds in the petals.
Add fresh or dried chrysanthemum leaves to a cup or tea warmers, pour hot water over the leaves. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
Strain the tea with a sieve, fine line or tea strainer to remove the petals. Add honey, lemon, ginger or cinnamon to enhance the flavor. This tea is more delicious when you drink it hot.
