On the afternoon of May 12, Da Nang Hospital organized the Final Round of the 2026 "Elegant and Talented Nurses, Midwives, Medical Technicians" Contest. The activity aims to celebrate International Nursing Day May 12.
This year's contest received positive responses from 39 contestants from 39 departments and rooms throughout the hospital.
From the preliminary round, the Organizing Committee selected the 12 best contestants to enter the final round. The contestants successively went through 3 competitions including: professional costume performance, self-selected costume performance and Q&A.
At the Final Round, the contestants left many impressions with confident demeanor, professional performance skills and Q&A sections showing professional knowledge, communication skills and the human spirit of medical professionals.
Each competition not only honors the elegant beauty but also spreads the image of the team of nurses, midwives, and medical techniques dedicated to patient care.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 2 third prizes and many sub-prizes to contestants with outstanding performances.
Speaking at the opening of the contest, Dr. Le Duc Nhan - Director of Da Nang Hospital emphasized that nurses, midwives, and medical techniques are important forces, always accompanying patients throughout the examination, treatment and care process.
