The patient is Mr. Huynh Duc (born in 1976), crew member of fishing boat BD-97910 TS. At around 12:00 on December 23, while fishing in the Da Dong island area (Truong Sa archipelago), Mr. Duc showed symptoms of pain in the lower body, urine difficulty, burning urine, and fresh red urine.
Realizing the unusual situation, the crew members quickly took him to Truong Sa Island for emergency care.

At around 9pm, the patient was transferred to Truong Sa Island Infirmary in a state of alertness, contact, fever of 38.3 degrees Celsius, pain in the lower body, urinary difficulties, and dark red urine. recorded vital signs: Laio 102 times/minute, blood pressure 150/950 mmHg, SpO2 98%.
Immediately after receiving the treatment, the medical team and doctors examined, performed the necessary tests and diagnosed the patient with hemorrhagic bladder inflammation, and the possibility of right kidney cyst hemorrhage was not ruled out.
The patient was actively treated with the following measures: Pain relief, smooth muscle relaxation, low blood pressure, fluid infusion, antibiotic use, bladder lavage; at the same time, abdominal ultrasound, biochemical - bloodological tests and X-rays to monitor disease progression.
By December 24, the patient's health had turned positively: Diaper, good contact, mild fever of 37.9 degrees Celsius, reduced pain in the lower body, thin pink urine. Truong Sa Island infirmary continues to treat according to the regimen and closely monitor the urinary tract condition, ready to handle if any situations arise.
