Accordingly, the two sides will coordinate scientific research, assess the clinical effectiveness of nutritional products on patients, implement clinical trial programs, and combine the research capacity of the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Nutrition Research (NRI) with the medical data system and treatment expertise of Military Hospital 175 to develop nutritional solutions suitable to the health needs of Vietnamese people.

The starting point for the cooperation program between Nutifood and Military Hospital 175 is the implementation of two clinical studies on Värna Gentle Care products for cancer patients and Värna Life Seed Milk for diabetic patients.
In recent years, Nutifood has continuously invested in scientific research activities through domestic and international research institutes, cooperating with universities, leading nutrition experts in the world and implementing many clinical studies to build a scientific foundation for nutritional solutions. This is also the direction identified by the enterprise as the focus in its long-term development strategy and improving competitiveness in the international market.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Tran Bao Minh, Vice Chairman of Nutifood's Board of Directors, said: "In the modern nutrition industry, the reputation of a business is not only measured by factory scale or production capacity, but is created by scientific research works and clinical evidence. Nutifood is pursuing a strategy to develop nutritional solutions that are well researched, scientifically proven and gradually recognized internationally. The companionship of Military Hospital 175 will contribute to creating a foundation for us to realize that goal.
According to Mr. Minh, connecting with leading medical and research facilities not only helps businesses better understand the health characteristics and nutritional needs of Vietnamese people, but also creates conditions for research to be transformed into nutritional products and solutions with practical value, serving many different target groups from children to the elderly.
Major General, Doctor, Doctor, Tran Quoc Viet, Director of Military Hospital 175, said: "The hospital is one of 6 (six) hospitals prioritized for investment by the Government, upgraded into a hospital worthy of international standards, so we promote cooperation with partners inside and outside the military, not only having strengths in medical examination and treatment but also having strong research and application capacity, and Nutifood is a typical example. Military Hospital 175 currently owns a large-scale medical data system with more than one million visits per year, and is also one of the units licensed by the Ministry of Health to conduct clinical trials and participate in many research programs according to international standards. We expect cooperation with Nutifood to promote the strengths of both sides, from research and development capacity of nutrition products to the hospital's professional system and clinical data. Through this, research results not only serve scientific work but also contribute to improving the quality of treatment, health care and bringing practical benefits to the community”.
The signing event between Nutifood and Military Hospital 175 not only opens up opportunities for cooperation between businesses and leading medical facilities in the field of scientific research, but also contributes to creating nutritional solutions developed from data and practical needs of Vietnamese people, while gradually enhancing the position of Vietnam's nutrition industry on the world nutrition map.
