My Duc commune (Hanoi) electronic information page on August 17 said that My Duc commune has inspected and fined 3 clinics for violating the provisions of law on medical examination and treatment practice.
Previously, from August 5 to August 12, the inter-sectoral inspection team of My Duc commune conducted inspections at dental and maxillofacial facilities and tattooing, aesthetic, cosmetic, and medical equipment business establishments in the commune.
During the inspection process, the inspection team worked with 7 dental facilities and 3 spa and skin care facilities in the commune.
The content of the inspection is to comply with the provisions of law on medical examination and treatment practice, business of medical services at dental and maxillofacial facilities and tattoo and aesthetic facilities, cosmetics and medical equipment business.
The inspection team made 3 administrative violation records for 3 dental establishments without operating licenses, including: Thai Nam Dental, Hanoi Dental and Hai Dang Dental.
The inter-sectoral delegation advised the Commune People's Committee to issue a Decision to sanction administrative violations against the above 3 dental facilities with a total fine of 135,000,000 VND paid to the state budget.

In addition to the 3 facilities sanctioned, the inspection team recorded 4 dental facilities without operating licenses, including Trung Xung Dental Clinic, Viet Duc Dental Clinic, Hai Hue Tooth Decay and Phuong Lan Dental Clinic.
In which, Phuong Lan Dental Facility is in the process of submitting dossiers requesting the Hanoi Department of Health to issue a license to operate medical examination and treatment for the specialty of Odonto-Stomatology.
At the time of inspection, medical waste did not arise at the above 4 facilities, and no patients were examined at the facilities. Therefore, the delegation requested the facilities not to perform acts of unlicensed medical examination and treatment.
Relocate dental chairs, tools, machinery, medicines and medical equipment out of the facility. At the same time, request facility owners to sign commitments not to perform unlicensed medical examination and treatment.
The inter-sectoral delegation also requested the village head and grassroots security forces to strengthen the supervision of law compliance of unlicensed establishments.
Officials of the Commune Health Station and health points managing non-public medical and pharmaceutical practice establishments, tattooing, aesthetics, cosmetics business, and medical equipment strengthen supervision, summarize lists and propose inspections of establishments with violations, and promptly report difficulties and obstacles in the process of supervision.
Through inspection at 3 skin care and spa establishments, it was recorded that the establishments with skin care certificates and skin spray certificates did not use injectable anesthetics. The establishments signed commitments not to perform invasive technical procedures on customers' skin such as filler injections, botox injections, liposuction, abdominal shaping...
In the coming time, the inter-sectoral inspection team of My Duc commune will strengthen inspections of unlicensed medical examination and treatment facilities in the commune, strictly handling facilities that do not meet the conditions, do not have practicing certificates, operating licenses according to the provisions of law.
The Commune People's Committee recommends that people who need oral and facial care should go to reputable establishments that ensure professional certificates and operating licenses to receive care and treatment.
My Duc commune continues to strengthen the management of private medical and pharmaceutical practice in the area, promote propaganda and dissemination of legal regulations, and strictly handle violating establishments.
