Talking to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Ms. T.T.P.U. (33 years old, Ho Chi Minh City) was shocked when recalling the time when Ms. N.T.T.C. (working at Tuyet Chinh Dental Clinic) assaulted and broke the customer's phone.
After nearly a week of the incident that caused a stir in public opinion at a dental clinic in Ho Chi Minh City, the health of the victims has changed. Ms. U. said: "I have only been discharged from the hospital for two days, my health is still tired but has stabilized. My friend, N.T.K.T. (31 years old, from Dak Lak) is still receiving treatment for neck injuries and multiple soft tissue injuries.
According to Ms. U., on the night of September 3, both of them were hospitalized for emergency treatment. Ms. U. showed signs of nausea and dizziness. The doctor diagnosed her with benign acute dizziness, a tense headache, and damage to the scalp due to injury. Meanwhile, Ms. T. was determined to have a cervical vertebrae and bruises in the hips, shoulders, and arms, and is currently still being treated.
Recalling the incident, Ms. U. said that the fight originated from a dispute related to dental services that Ms. T. had been performing since 2021. After removing her teeth, Ms. T. discovered that her teeth showed signs of jaw congestion and bone loss. Ms. T. has contacted the responsible dentist many times to find a solution.
"Mr. T. wanted to meet in person to hear the solution, but was refused many times, even having communication blocked. The day the incident occurred, Ms. T. went to the scene to wait for the doctor. After a two-hour wait without seeing him, he suggested that he would only pay for gum surgery and bleaching after being given a clear dental treatment plan. However, the conversation quickly turned tense, Ms. U. recounted.
According to the clip circulating on social media, while Ms. T. was waiting, Ms. N.T.T.C suddenly appeared with a metal object and attacked. Ms. T. was beaten continuously, and Ms. U. was the one who accompanied her to record the incident and was also assaulted.
Immediately after the incident, Hanh Thong Ward Police invited people related to the headquarters to work. The police are consolidating the case file and handling it according to the provisions of the law.
